  • Formulary Lookup: determine drug coverage and obtain a cost estimate for selected medications

  • Pharmacy Lookup: find a participating pharmacy near your location

  • Personal HealthRx: print your prescription history for physician or tax reporting

Prescription Mail Order Service
Some KPS plans now include access to Walgreens Mail Order service. This service allows you to:

  • Refill prescriptions and pay for them online
  • View your prescription history and order status
  • Obtain Prescriber fax and registration forms
Simply go to walgreensmail.com to sign in by using your KPS ID number. Check your Benefits Booklet for eligibility.
