Important Notice of Business System Change

After months of planning and design, KPS Health Plans is pleased to announce we are moving to our new health plan business system. This system will have improved electronic capabilities to assist us in better serving you.

The new system will replace our current systems for claims, membership, billing and sales with additional features phased in over time. Its streamlined, efficient processes support current industry best practices, yet are flexible enough to adapt to the changing needs of the health care market and government regulations.

Enhanced Pharmacy Features

More pharmacy features are now available to members through a secure log-in on MyKPS. If you are registered with MyKPS, you can get access to real-time, out-of-pocket cost estimates for prescription drugs. You can make informed prescription choices by taking into account specific benefits information (including deductibles and accumulators) and providing a personalized, real-time price quote.
