    Thank you for considering KPS Health Plans as your future health care insurance provider. We are pleased to offer many plan options to meet the needs of you and your family. With a variety of deductible and coinsurance alternatives, you are sure to find a plan that fits your budget.

    New for 2008! Now you have more choices when considering a traditional Preferred Provider Option (PPO) plan. Depending upon how much coverage you feel you need, you can now choose between the Sound Harbor Elite, Essential Plus, or Sound Harbor Essential Five. If you are considering the benefits of a Health Savings Account (HSA), KPS offers the Healthy Investor plans.

    Each plan is rated depending upon your age and whether or not you use tobacco. If you haven't used tobacco within the past 12 months, substantial discounts are offered.
